1. Acceptance

By using the MIRA app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and any activity on your account. You may delete your account at any time from within the app (Profile → Delete account).

3. Acceptable use

Posting abusive, illegal, indecent, or rights-infringing content is prohibited. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward objectionable content and abusive behavior.

4. User content (reels & messages)

You remain responsible for content you post. Reels are reviewed by admins before publishing. Any user can report objectionable content or block any account, and we commit to reviewing reports and acting within 24 hours (including removing content and suspending the offending account).

5. Orders & payment

In-app orders are cash on delivery. Product, price, and delivery are agreed directly between you and the center/clinic/cosmetics shop.

6. Intellectual property

The MIRA brand and app design are owned by Blueprint Software Solutions and may not be copied or reused without permission.

7. Termination

We may suspend or delete any account that violates these Terms without prior notice.

8. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is". We do not guarantee it is error-free and are not a party to transactions between users and businesses.
